Sophie had taken her driving test on two previous occasions with other instructors in Manchester and was not successful. When she came to Xpert she had couldn't assess junctions, had little concept of speed and gears and poor clutch control, she had also never been on a dual carriageway! A sure sign of poor training previously. Sophie carried out 10 hours of training with Carl and passed 1st time.
