Congratulations to Joanna Cwiklinska, who passed her driving test at the second attempt, in York on 14 July 17, with Steph, her Xpert Driver Training instructor in York and Selby.
Would recommend to anyone! I've lived in the UK for only a couple of years now n come from a right hand lane driving culture. When I first started driving with Steff I was terrified of the road. Not only because everything was "the wrong way around" inside and out the car, but also in another language, and even at home I've failed my test 3 times due to a combination of nerves and lack of faith in my ability or even lack of it in itself. In a few months Steph has gotten me to a point at which I felt confident to not only pass the test, which I did, but most importantly to drive safely by myself. Mick and the office staff are polite and understanding, too, and were a true pleasure to work with. In my eyes, they have earned the right to call themselves experts.
