Mick was a lot more relaxed than my previous instructor, he helped me to think for myself and boosted my confidence. When booking my test I spoke to Lisa in his office, who was very cheerful and easy to talk to. Mick is friendly, easy going, relaxed and has a sense of humour. Mick made me think for myself which I found very beneficial because when I asked questions, I would answer them myself!
